School Contract Blueprint is a subscription-based digital business dashboard and resource platform operated by Radical Language LLC, a limited liability company. The platform provides tools, calculators, templates, guides, and educational content designed to help school-based therapy contractors manage and grow their practices.

School Contract Blueprint is a digital product. No physical goods are shipped. Access is provided via a web-based dashboard immediately upon successful payment.

School Contract Blueprint is offered as a monthly recurring subscription. By subscribing, you authorize Radical Language LLC (through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

• Founding member pricing ($35/mo) is locked for life for the first 20 subscribers and will never increase as long as the subscription remains active
• Standard pricing ($54/mo) applies to all subscribers after the first 20 founding member spots are filled
• Billing occurs monthly on the anniversary of your original signup date
• You will receive an email receipt from Lemon Squeezy after each successful charge
• Radical Language LLC reserves the right to change pricing for new subscribers at any time with advance notice

Because School Contract Blueprint provides immediate access to a digital product upon payment, all subscription charges are non-refundable. This applies to all subscription tiers including the founding member rate.

If you believe you were charged in error, please use our contact form within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access until that date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account through Lemon Squeezy or by contacting us via our contact form. Upon cancellation:

• Your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation
• Founding member pricing is forfeited upon cancellation — if you resubscribe, you will be charged at the then-current standard rate
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period

By subscribing to School Contract Blueprint, you agree to use the platform only for your own personal business purposes. You may not:

• Share your login credentials or provide access to others who have not paid for a subscription
• Reproduce, distribute, resell, or sublicense any content, templates, guides, or tools from the platform
• Use the platform to build a competing product or service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract the underlying code or systems of the dashboard
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law

Radical Language LLC reserves the right to terminate access immediately and without refund for any violation of these terms.

All content within School Contract Blueprint — including but not limited to the dashboard, calculators, templates, guides, checklists, written content, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Radical Language LLC.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your own business purposes only. No ownership rights are transferred through your subscription.

School Contract Blueprint is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. Nothing in the platform constitutes legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified attorney, CPA, or financial advisor for advice specific to your situation.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Radical Language LLC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific business outcome will result from use of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radical Language LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Radical Language LLC collects only the information necessary to provide the service, including your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Lemon Squeezy). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Payment processing is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. Radical Language LLC does not store your credit card or payment details. Please review Lemon Squeezy’s privacy policy for information on how your payment data is handled.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Radical Language LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Radical Language LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

For material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days in advance.
