“Invoicing, expense tracking, and renewal dates used to live across five spreadsheets and my head. Now it’s one place and I actually keep up.

“The business side terrified me. SCB broke it into steps I could actually follow instead of one giant scary leap.”

“I was already contracting direct but flying blind on the operations side. This is the system I wish I’d had from day one.

The Problem

Going independent was the easy part. Running the business is where most people struggle

You went direct with a district. That was the hard part, or so you thought. Now you’re managing invoices, payroll, contracts, and compliance with a patchwork of spreadsheets and email threads. Something always falls through the cracks.

📈

The finances are a mess

Invoices in one spreadsheet, expenses in another, NEC payments tracked in your head. You have no idea if you’re actually profitable.

📜

Contracts everywhere

District contracts, subcontractor agreements, renewals coming up, scattered across emails, folders, and post-it notes.

🔥

Managing a team manually

Tracking hours, running payroll, handling timesheets, you’re spending hours on admin that should take minutes.

I thought I’d need a bookkeeper and a lawyer to do this, and I didn’t. I just landed my first subcontractor contract! Thank you SCB!

The Story
I built SCB because I was tired of watching brilliant therapists undercharge districts and lose nights to admin. This is the exact stack I used.

I’m a school-based SLP with 15 years of experience in education. After years of building someone else’s business, I went direct with my first district and never looked back. In my first year subcontracting I built Radical Language on a system I created myself, taking home $350k. School Contract Blueprint is that system rebuilt as software.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before getting started.

SCB is built for school-based service providers such as SLPs, OTs, psychologists, special education consultants, and independent contractors working directly with K-12 districts. Every tool is designed around how districts actually operate: billing cycles, procurement, contract formats, and fiscal year calendars.
Everything. One price covers the whole dashboard. Contracts (RFPs, District Prospects, My Contracts, Renewals), Team (Clinician Pipeline, My Team, Timesheet Submissions, Growth Calculator), and Money (Invoices, Payroll & NEC, Expense Tracker, Year-End Summary), plus the Document Vault. No tiers, no add-ons, no per-district fees.
Yes. The monthly plan cancels any time and you keep access through the month you have already paid for. The annual plan runs through the year you paid for and is not refunded, so you keep full access until the term ends and it simply does not renew.
Yes. Grab the free Know Your Rate Guide. It walks through the formula for building your rate backward from the income you actually want, the three numbers every contractor should set, and the four ways people underprice themselves without realizing it.
Yes, no district limits. Manage as many districts, contracts, and invoices as you need from one account with a consolidated dashboard view across all your relationships.
SCB tracks them, it does not run payroll. The Payroll and NEC module logs 1099 NEC payments and W2 payroll through the year so your totals are ready at filing time, while you keep paying people through your bank or your payroll provider. Subcontractors submit timesheets through a public link, you approve them in SCB, and approved hours feed the Invoice Generator.
Yes. FTE sizing is built into the District Prospect record. Enter the caseload, sessions, evaluations, and admin hours and you get a staffing recommendation you can take into the conversation. The number carries onto the contract when the prospect converts, so what you quoted and what you signed stay in step.
